If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or use their website’s complaint form at www.ndiscommission.gov.au. Alternatively, you can also contact the NSW Ombudsman to resolve grievances.

With NDIS plan management, a registered provider will manage all of your NDIS funds for you. This gives you the flexibility to choose from both NDIS-registered and non-NDIS registered providers, giving you more options and helping you avoid waiting lists. We will make sure to get your service providers paid on time, and we're also here to help out with any NDIS-related queries you may have.

No, Plan Management does not incur any extra cost. Our fees are covered within the Improved Life Choices' budget in your plan.

Unlike other service providers, all NDIS plan managers must be NDIS-registered. We undergo a rigorous audit process by the NDIA to ensure that your funds are being handled by people you can trust.

Plan Managers will match each invoice received from your providers against the service booking that was lodged with the NDIS when they first set up your NDIS Plan Management.

Whenever your service providers submit their invoices, the money is taken from the service booking your plan manager created with the NDIS. When these funds are released by the NDIS, your provider is paid quickly. The turnaround time is usually within 24 hours, but might be more if you need to get approval for something. In the worst case scenario, it'll take 3 business days.

You can expect to receive your payment within three business days of receiving the invoice, though it is usually much faster.
